Manh feels the house is "lucky" and thinks a renovation is the answer to their problems. Masako on the other hand feels there are too many things to do and it's easier and more beneficial to move. Will Hilary continue the "lucky" streak and convince Masako its best to stay or can David start their luck in another home and convince Manh it's time to leave?
